Over the years at Redberry, many developers have climbed the ladder from junior to senior. So, we analyzed that experience to understand what it takes to speed up and simplify this journey. Based on the insights, we created a bootcamp program that we've been running for 3 years now. Through this 4 month-long hands-on training program, we've helped 100+ graduates become junior developers with a rock-solid foundation and kickstart their careers, most of who are now integral parts of our tech team! Once you ace the bootcamp, you'll also get a chance to join our tech team and dive into various exciting international projects.

COMPLETELY FREE

The bootcamp is entirely free. And you get access to a 4-month long, rigorous training program, constant guidance from the mentors and head of bootcamp and access to valuable resources that will shape you in a solid full-stack developer.

Immediate employment

Once you successfully complete the program, you will go through an internal selection process and get a chance to join our tech team. Alternatively, we recommend your profile to our partner companies to ensure you kickstart your career right out of the bootcamp gates. 85% of our current graduates are quite happily employed :)

Meet Your Mentors

Giorgi, Guram, and Giga will be leading and mentoring this year’s Bootcamp. Having gone through the very same program themselves, they’ve since grown into mentorship and leadership roles, now guiding the next generation of developers and helping the program evolve.

Since graduating, they’ve worked with a range of international clients and bring a wealth of hands-on experience. Simply put, our Bootcampers will be learning from people who’ve been exactly where they are now.

Program Curriculum

We have a few requirements that each applicant needs to meet in order to advance to the next phase of the selection process. Upon enrolling, participants embark on a 4-month long journey that is fully project-based. Check out the prerequisites and a thorough breakdown of the curriculum week by week.

What you need to know

To be eligible to participate in the bootcamp program, you need to:

Have knowledge of basic HTML, CSS and Javascript. The selection process involves a technical assignment which you won't be able to complete without a good understanding of these fundamentals.

At least at the B2 level in English since we work with international clients on projects that require proficiency in English.

Be able to commit to the program full-time. It is a very intensive training, so it will take up most of your time to complete it successfully. If you're a student, we try to accommodate your schedule.

First, fill out the application form to let us know you're interested in participating. Expect to hear from us once the deadline is reached, and we've received all the applications.

Technical Assignment

If you qualify for the basic requirements, we will ask you to create a small application based on a technical assignment. We will provide you with the documentation and design and answer every question on a briefing call. 😎

Online Interview

The final step of the selection process is an online interview which will be conducted in English and include technical questions, as well as a live-coding session.

After the interviews, we get back to you with the final results!
