Challenge

Georgia has an increasing number of local businesses, but they lack access to relevant consumer data and struggle to compete with large or international retailers.

Our challenge was to boost the demand for Georgian produce as Christmas gifts. 

Solution

We designed and developed an AI-powered digital platform for Georgian small businesses to help them effectively reach target audiences, plan their product lines and production levels for the Christmas season. In the most fun way possible.

Become a Secret Santa

The website served as the front for users to register as Secret Santas and list their wishlists and bios for their Secret Santas to see.

Register your business

The B2B portal of the site allowed small businesses to register their business, upload all the inventory they wished to list as available gifts on the website and indicate any business information they thought would be relevant for the customers to see.

Business dashboard

The business dashboards allowed the business owners to get in-depth analytics on all the activities related to their products on the website. They could see how many people visited their page and considered giving their product as gifts, how many people ordered their products, their customers’ demographics, etc. These details served as helpful for them to target their audiences better.

Know your recipient

Once the user registered as a Secret Santa, they were matched with a stranger and served as their Santa. The user could find all the information their recipient had left for them on the recipient’s dashboard, such as their age, location, and a short bio with a bit more about their interest. On the right side of the dashboard, AI randomly generated products from local businesses logged onto the website by the business owner. That way, users were encouraged to give Georgian produce to their recipients.
