Buying a used car is an extremely frustrating and time-consuming process. It’s usually associated with never-ending visits to the technician to check for any visual and hidden defects, struggles to track its history, and regularly ends in a still vague idea about the car’s overall state. Given that hugely fragmented automotive market and no centralized control of vehicle condition and history, buying a second-hand automobile is a tough decision to make.

This is where you can find all available vehicles and get all the information you need about them to make the purchase. To simplify the search process, the page can be filtered by the maker, model, price and year range, mileage, transmission, etc. If you know exactly what you are looking for, you can use the search and sort options to find a specific car listing. This page is an essential element of the eCommerce experience as it funnels site visitors to product detail pages and gets them closer to conversion.
Car Inner Page
On this page, the user finds complete information about the automobile of interest. Here’s a gallery block with detailed photos, videos, and 360-s of the product. The user also finds cars specifications, key features, information about leasing offers, and most importantly, a condition report – a 150+pointed checklist providing details on checked parts of the car.
Get Car Financing
Leasing is probably the most frequently used payment option for a car. For the user’s comfort, we bring all the leasing offers to our platform, so they don’t have to contact each provider separately. Using the Carfest Leasing Calculator, users choose their credit history status (good, average, bad) and get different leasing offers. They can compare the offerings by estimating monthly payments, down payments, and leasing duration and choose the one that suits them best.
Sell Your Car
Users don’t have to browse through dozens of similar car listings to determine how much their car would sell. User Research & Product Design
We conducted 1-on-1 and group interviews with recently purchased car owners, sellers, and vehicle owners to fully understand the car purchasing process. After analyzing our findings, we identified our users' primary pain points when buying or selling their cars. Based on our insights, we workshopped our target user personas and drafted consumer journey maps for each of them.
UX Design, UI Design, Prototyping, User Testing
Once we had our user personas in mind, we created the product's initial wireframes. After workshopping and confirming the entire UX of the product going through various levels of wireframe fidelity, our designers crafted the UI design as well. With a finished UI/UX design, we created a Figma prototype, started user testing, gathered feedback, and iterated the product.
Digital Product Development
Our platform is built on Laravel and Vue.js as back-end & front-end frameworks. The development process was tested both automatically and manually.
