We built PP Mobius, a proprietary vertical CRM for Tavistock Protect, one of the UK’s fast-growing mortgage and protection insurance specialists.
The product was created to support the full protection-sales lifecycle, from onboarding and fact-finds to compliance, AML checks, policy submissions, commissions, and reporting. Instead of relying on disconnected tools, spreadsheets, and manual workflows, Tavistock Protect needed a system that could bring core business operations into one structured platform.
That meant building a CRM that goes far beyond contact management.
PP Mobius supports the day-to-day work of advisers, administrators, compliance teams, and finance teams. It helps manage client information, guide users through regulated fact-finding flows, track submissions, structure compliance processes, and calculate commissions with greater visibility and accuracy.
“PP Mobius was built to be more than a CRM. It is the operational backbone for Tavistock Protect’s protection-sales lifecycle.“

Client Management and Structured Fact Find

Compliance Review and Approval Workflow

Deterministic Commission Engine
Because the product operates in a regulated financial-services environment, reliability and auditability were central to the build. The system needed to support complex workflows without becoming rigid, and it needed to give the business enough flexibility to evolve as operations, regulations, and internal processes changed.
For us, the challenge was not just to build software that worked. It was to build software that could become a dependable operating layer for a growing business.
Over the course of the partnership, we worked closely with Tavistock Protect to understand the practical realities behind the product: how advisers work, where compliance risks appear, which workflows create bottlenecks, and how different teams need to interact with the same data.
The result is a vertical CRM shaped around the specific needs of the protection insurance industry, rather than a generic system adapted after the fact.
PP Mobius reflects the kind of product work we do best: complex internal systems, industry-specific workflows, long-term product thinking, and software that supports real business operations at scale.
