What do the four months look like?

Full-time, four months, free.

The program starts with fundamentals and moves quickly to real, complex software - Laravel on the backend, React on the front end, and the modern AI tooling that sits around both. It is practice-first: participants build, get reviewed, and rebuild.

Mentorship comes from developers who went through this same program in an earlier batch. That loop is deliberate. The people teaching remember exactly which parts are hard, because they were on the other side of the table recently.

What happens after graduation?

Selected graduates join Redberry as Junior Developers. What that actually opens up is the part that is hardest to see from the outside, so here it is plainly.

• A career path you can read. Junior, Middle, Senior, Lead - each step with written expectations attached. You know what you are assessed against and what moves you up, which means growth is a matter of doing the work rather than waiting to be noticed.
