We opened applications for the 11th batch of our Laravel + React Bootcamp, a free four-month program created to help future developers build a strong full-stack foundation.
The bootcamp is one of our longest-running education initiatives and an important part of how we invest in local engineering talent.
The program is built around practical learning. Participants work with Laravel and React, complete hands-on assignments, receive mentorship from experienced developers, and get exposure to the tools, workflows, and expectations of real software teams.
It is not just a theoretical course. The goal is to help participants understand how modern web applications are built, how frontend and backend systems connect, how to approach product requirements, and how to write code that can grow beyond a classroom exercise.
This batch is also special because the mentors include developers who once went through the bootcamp themselves and later grew into mentorship and leadership roles inside Redberry.
That full-circle element is important to us. It shows the long-term value of creating structured entry points into the industry and giving motivated people the opportunity to grow.
The bootcamp also connects directly to our work as a Laravel development company. We are not teaching Laravel in isolation. We are teaching it because it is part of the way we build real products, internal platforms, SaaS applications, and business-critical systems for clients.
“The bootcamp is one of the clearest ways we invest in the next generation of developers in Georgia.“
Over the years, the bootcamp has helped more than 100 graduates start their careers, with many joining Redberry’s tech team or continuing their path with partner companies.
Opening the 11th batch is another step in that ongoing commitment: building stronger developers, supporting the local tech ecosystem, and creating more accessible pathways into software engineering.

We hosted the first official Laravel Meetup in Georgia, bringing together more than 100 attendees for an evening dedicated to Laravel, engineering, and community.
