At our latest RDBR Meetup, we brought the team together to talk about one of our long-term international partnerships: our two-year collaboration with Tavistock Protect.
The session focused on PP Mobius, Tavistock Protect’s proprietary vertical CRM and one of the key products we have been building with their team. The platform supports the protection-sales lifecycle across onboarding, fact-finds, compliance and AML, submissions, commissions, and reporting.
The goal of the meetup was to give people across Redberry a clearer picture of the product, the client’s business, and the challenges behind the work.
Because projects like PP Mobius involve more than just delivery, the conversation covered the broader product context as well: how the partnership developed, what the client needed from the platform, what made the workflows complex, and how the team approached building a system for a regulated industry.
The session also gave the team a chance to hear directly from the people closest to the project. Product, delivery, and engineering perspectives came together to show how decisions were made, how challenges were handled, and how the product evolved over time.
“The session gave our team a clearer view of the product, the partnership, and the kind of business-critical problems we solve through software.“
For us, these internal meetups are important because they help connect the company around the work we are building. Not every person at Redberry works on every project, but everyone benefits from understanding the kinds of products, industries, and client relationships that shape our company.
The Tavistock Protect session was especially valuable because it showed what long-term product partnerships look like in practice. It was not just a story about building features. It was a story about understanding business operations, designing for regulated workflows, and creating software that becomes central to how a company works. For a deeper look at the product itself, explore the PP Mobius case study.
And, as usual, our office puppy joined the session and found the discussion extremely insightful.

We built PP Mobius, a proprietary vertical CRM for Tavistock Protect, designed to support complex protection-sales workflows in a highly regulated financial-services environment.
