Redberry is a sponsor of Laravel Live Denmark 2026, held August 20-21 at Werkstatt on Reffen in Copenhagen - the first year we have sponsored this event.
Two of us will be there for it: Gaga Darsalia, our CEO, and Dati Chkhikvishvili, our Chief of Business.
We have sponsored a Laravel conference every year since 2023, starting with Laracon EU - four consecutive years there now, Laravel Live UK since 2024, Laracon US for the third consecutive year, and, this year, Laravel Live Denmark for the first time.
Denmark has been on our list for a while, and we are genuinely excited it is finally happening. It is part of a bigger commitment we care about: giving back to the Laravel community wherever it gathers, showing up in more places, and being as engaged as we possibly can at each one. Copenhagen is the next place we get to do that, and we cannot wait. It is also a chance to spend real time with the clients and friends we already have across the Nordics, and to meet the people we have not met yet.
Laravel Live Denmark is run by Laravel Denmark, a non-profit community initiative, and it has a reputation for being tightly organized and community-first - closer to 300 developers and 16 speakers than an expo hall. That scale is the appeal, not a limitation. The talks are always in the spotlight, but the community is the reason we sponsor.
“We have wanted to be at Laravel Live Denmark for a while. Sponsoring it is the easy part - the real point is being in the room, giving back to a community that has given us a lot, and meeting people face to face that we have only ever worked with over a screen.“
-Gaga Darsalia, CEO of Redberry
That is the same reason we keep showing up across Laracon EU, Laracon US, and the Laravel Live events. As a Laravel Premier Partner - one of thirteen worldwide - part of the value of any of these trips is the time we spend with the Laravel team and fellow partners while we are there.
There are only two of us in Copenhagen, so we are hard to miss - look for the SHIP HAPPENS shirts and follow them to whoever is wearing one.
If you would rather not leave it to chance, put a time on the calendar: a quick message to Gaga or Dati on LinkedIn is the surest way to make sure we actually get to sit down together.
A few things we could happily lose an afternoon to:
Running Laravel at scale. On any given day we have 20-25 Laravel projects live at once, built and maintained by 100+ engineers for clients in the UK, Germany, the US, and here in the Nordics. If you want to trade notes on what holds up at that volume and what quietly does not, pull up a chair.
AI agents that can stand up to an auditor. On PP Mobius our agents work through FCA-regulated compliance reviews, and every decision has to expose its evidence and confidence to a human reviewer. Getting an agent to form an opinion was never the hard part - making that opinion inspectable and testable was. It is why we wrote pest-plugin-evals to run evals against Laravel AI SDK agents.
The legacy codebase your team keeps avoiding. Untangling and rescuing old systems is real, recurring work for us, and a far more interesting conversation than any service overview.
Sixteen speakers across two days, with more of the lineup landing on the official site closer to the event. Laravel Live Denmark has never been about a single headline slot - it is a community-first program of high-quality technical sessions, the kind where the hallway conversation after a talk is as good as the talk. That is exactly the format we came for.
None of this stops when the conference does. We put the same energy into the ecosystem all year - open-source tooling, our Laravel + React Bootcamp, which is about to open applications for its twelfth batch, and the first official Laravel Meetup in Georgia, which pulled in more than a hundred people and returns for its second session this October.
See you in Copenhagen.
